"Booking was kinda okay, but not the smoothest"
I booked my ticket through luckystarbus.com and it went through fine, but the website was kinda slow and the checkout felt a little confusing. I did get my confirmation after a few minutes, so it worked out in the end. Not a bad experience, just kinda average...

"Driver seemed really professional"
The driver was polite and handled the trip well. The bus did arrive a little late, though maybe I’m being too picky about that. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Never heard back from support"
I reached out to support and, just assumed I’d get some kind of reply because that’s usually how these things go. But nope, nothing. After a while I took the silence as my answer and figured they just weren’t going to help

"Kind of unreliable lately"
My bus was cancelled pretty much at the last minute, so I had to rearrange all my plans and figure things out on the fly. Just not something I’d really count on anymore

"Bus was decent, but not spotless"
The bus was kind of clean, but it definitely could’ve been a bit better. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just a few spots that felt unnecessary to leave messy.

"A little late, but not terrible"
The bus showed up a bit late, which made me wonder if the schedule is really as reliable as they say. Still, it wasn’t a huge delay, and I got where I needed to go without too much trouble.

"Safe Ride, But I Trusted My Gut"
The driver seemed safe overall, but the ride felt a little rough at times. Nothing major happened, but I kind of trusted my instinct and didn’t feel totally relaxed during the trip.

"Pretty comfy ride overall"
I took the Lucky Star bus last weekend i was in a relaxed mood already, so I was just hoping for an easy ride. The seat ended up being more comfortable than I expected, with decent space, and I didn’t feel sore by the time we got there

"Pretty good deal for getting there"
The ticket was a fair price, and it was cheaper than the other stuff I looked at. For what I paid, it got me where I needed to go and was totally fine. Nothing fancy or anything, but it worked out well. I’d probably use it again if I needed that option.
